Sue's Rescue
And Responsible Rehoming
Sue's Rescue And Responsible Rehoming Inc. exists to unite animals with those who will help them live their best life! Our rescue work began in 1992, when Sue rescued a Dalmatian named Heidi who was scheduled to be euthanized that same day. Heidi was the first of many successful rescues who have been rehomed and given a second chance. While dog rescue has always been the focus, over the years, we have opened our home to many cats, ducks, goats, chickens, rabbits and pigs. Every life matters at Sue's Rescue!

Surrendering an animal should be a last resort after all other options have been explored including training, veterinary care, and help from family and friends. Keeping pets in their home when safely possible is always our goal.
Due to an overwhelming amount of intake requests we currently have a wait list. Click the link below to complete the intake form. Please note that completing the form does not guarantee immediate intake.
